Zeppe’s Italian Bistro has been a beloved part of the Hudson community since 1993, founded and still run by the Ciresi family. Known for its warm hospitality and authentic Italian cuisine, Zeppe’s is a place where generations of families—and even employees—have grown up together, sharing meals and memories. Now, the bistro is entering a new chapter with a full-scale renovation, featuring a refreshed dining room, expanded bar, upgraded kitchen, and a revitalized patio designed to welcome a new generation of guests.

The heart of Zeppe’s traces back to Regina “Gina” Ciresi, whose passion for family, food, and music shaped the restaurant’s spirit. After leaving Italy and a promising opera career, Gina created a space where people could gather and feel at home. Her legacy lives on through the Gina Ciresi Memorial Music Scholarship Fund, supporting Hudson High School seniors in their musical pursuits, and through the family-centered culture she inspired in both staff and customers.

Zeppe’s continues to give back to the Hudson community, supporting local schools, charities, and organizations.
