Customer Spotlight: Essentials Home and Garden Living

Essentials Home & Outdoor Living, a sophisticated home décor boutique and design service in the heart of Hudson, Ohio, has built its reputation on elevated elegance, personalized service, and an unwavering commitment to crafting beautiful spaces - inside and out. Founded by Shelley Mapp, Essentials has become a destination for homeowners and businesses seeking thoughtful design, exceptional quality, and a warm, welcoming showroom experience. With more than 25 years of expertise, the Essentials team curates environments that feel intentional and uniquely tailored, helping clients create timeless memories in the spaces they love.

As a growing design studio and retail boutique, Essentials depends on seamless communication, reliable internet connectivity, and the ability to serve customers efficiently both in-store and online. When Shelley opened her business in Hudson, Velocity Broadband came highly recommended by members of the community.

Velocity’s local customer service was also a factor in their decision to choose Hudson’s fiber optic option. The Essentials team appreciates responsive support, clear communication, and knowing they have a partner right here in Hudson who understands their needs as a small business.

Velocity Broadband has empowered Essentials to focus on what they do best, creating stunning interior and exterior spaces without worrying about connectivity issues slowing them down. In a business where every detail matters, having a dependable, high‑performance internet connection helps ensure projects run smoothly, clients receive exceptional service, and the showroom continues to operate efficiently.

Celebrating their first year successful year in Hudson, Essentials Home & Outdoor Living is proud to call Hudson Ohio home, and they value Velocity Broadband as a partner that helps fuel their creativity, productivity, and growth. Their commitment to personalized design, paired with Velocity’s commitment to reliable service, makes for a beautifully aligned local success story.
